Here's a piece of good news for all those that advocate Human Rights for All, including those that violate human rights of others today.

For they will need their own Human Rights in place one fine day when they are taken in for their transgressions of today --- yes their actions of today will certainly be questioned one day, soon !

MOSCOW, Russia (CNN) -- A Russian Supreme Court ruling on Thursday streamlined the probe of a well-known journalist's killing three years ago, an attorney told CNN.

The court instructed prosecutors to renew the inquiry into the 2006 murder of Anna Politkovskaya by combining the various probes into her death into one murder case, said Karina Moskalenko, attorney for the Politkovskaya family.

The court reversed a lower court ruling that refused a request from Politkovskaya family members for one investigation into the case, ordering prosecutors to merge a case against three men accused of being accomplices in the murder with other inquiries into the October 2006 killing.

A fierce critic of the Kremlin, Politkovskaya was found shot dead in her apartment building while she was working on a series of reports about Chechnya for the independent, Moscow-based newspaper Novaya Gazeta.

Japan Must Learn from Sri Lanka

Atlast,  after five decades,   the Gods have bestowed wisdom on the Peoples of Japan.

The death grip of the ruling party is broken.   A new party is chosen to rule.   A vast majority of members of parliament are in place to support the Leader to effect changes as he promised.

The Leader is a wealthy man and therefore blessed with ''clean'' hands.

We will wait and see how he will respond to this ''one time'' oppurtunity.

A lesson in History.     People of the tiny Indian Ocean island of Sri Lanka voted such a chance in 1977.
Both the Sinhalese and the Tamils were of similar minds.   Both voted for ''Change''.

United National Party under the Leadership of J. R. Jayawardane was given a vast majority without a single of member for the ''Left'' group of LSSP,  Nava - LSSP or Communit Party.

The Tamils were undivided in their choice of Federal Party or the Tamil Arasu Kadchi.   It translates into Eglish as ---  Tamil Ruling Party.  It opposes the meaning of the English Version which denotes a Federal Form of Government.

Bsically the ''then'' Tamil Leaders chose to cheat their public into thinking of themselves as ''Rulers'' of the nation,  even though statistically the Tamils are only twelve percent of the population.

Instead of supporting the Government and getting possible favours for Tamils the so called Federal Party engaged in confrontational politics to show the Tamil people that they are ''prepared to fight for rights of Tamils''.

But when the son of the Tamil Leader,  Amirthalingam,  was captured with treasonable documents , Amirthalingam went on bended knee to J.R. Jayawardane.   JR set the boy free.  And the ''boy'' went over to UK with valid visa.

JR and Amir squandered the chance of solving the ethnic problem.

And today the Sri Lankan Tamils are left high and dry.

Tamil Tigers the terrorists self-proclaimed ''Sole Representatives of the Tamils''.   Shot and killed all those that opposed themselves, Tigers.

Tigers prevented Tamils from voting in Presidential Election.   Therefore, the unforeseen happened.   

Mahinda Rajapakse ‘’Won’’ and became President and bane of Tigers.

Government Forces defeated Tigers.   And three hubdred thousand Tamils captured with Tamil Tigers  are in internment camps for clearance of treason.

The Sri Lankan government was supported by nineteen nations to win the Tamil Tiger war.

And many more are supporting to develop the country's trade !

But Tamil Tigers will never give up their lucrative grip on their people !!

only when we open our minds to appreciate ideals, culture, religion and opinions of our neighbours.

High Phone Bill --> Have a laugh

The domestic phone-bill was exceptionally high. This prompted the man of the house to call for a family-meeting after dinner.

AMERICAN DAD

Dad > People, listen carefully, this high usage of our telephone is
unacceptable. You have to limit the use of it. I do not use the home
telephone at all, because I use the one at my work-place.

Mum > Same here. I hardly use our home telephone as I also use my office's telephone.

American Mum

Son > Me too. I never use the home phone. I always use the mobile provided by my company.

Then they all looked at the foreign maid.

Criminal Minded Rouge Nation ''North Korea'', detested by all and controlled by China

To know the mind set of the governing power of this enigmatic nation we need not delve into ancient past of its rich culture.




A short backward step of six or seven decades, to the 2nd World War. The Korean peninsula was divided at 38th degree latitude into two nations. North and South.

For the North the Russian Communist leader Josep Stalin hand picked Kim ill-sung to lead the North Korean nation.

Kim Il-sung was a Communist politician. A guerilla fighter against the Japanese in Manchuria during the 1930s. Kim took the name of Kim Il-sung, an earlier Korean guerilla fighter. His name at birth was Kim Sun Ju. A pure and simple fraud of a man.









He was little educated cruel man. The constitution has him as the country's "Eternal President" The days of his birth and death are public holidays in North Korea. And school children are taught ''The great leader at his death rode on a pure white horse high into the Heaven''. Even though religion is banned in North Korea.

Kim Il-sung was succeeded in 1994 by his son Kim Jong-il, the current "Great Leader". Kim Jong-il has nominated last week his 3rd son, Kim Jong Un as his lawful successor.




North Korea is rich in mineral resources. But bad management made it never to produce enough food or any other consumer goods. However, it produced nuclear bomb and high powered rocket system that could reach America.


Millions of North Koreans have died of starvation. Hundreds of thousands were executed for trying to escape out of the country. Chinese Police or Border Patrol track and arrest the escapees with trained dogs. And when returned to North Korea they are mercilessly executed.


North Korea abducted hundreds of Jappanese women from sea beaches and used them as sex slaves and language teachers.

A North Korean cargo ship was seized by Australia in 2003 after the crew was observed unloading heroin.

In 1968, North Korea seized the U.S. intelligence ship Pueblo and imprisoned its crew for 11 months, and in 1969 it shot down an American reconnaissance plane.

North Korea officially engages in the production of high-quality counterfeit USA $100 bills.

Recently it conducted an under-ground atomic bomb against the ruling of the United Nations.

It launched a rocket missile and said it had launched a satellite.

Lastly it had announced the armistice signed after the Korean War of the 1950s as nul and void.

Lies and more lies are the norm of this shameless ''rouge'' nation.

All its crimes cannot be listed in this short article.
