An officer, sent out of arms purchase section as she refused to accede in arms purchase w/o ''bids'' from approved suppliers

Ex-Blackwater president indicted on firearms charges
It is popularly well known Blackwater Security Services and George Bush's  Vice-President Dick Cheney's company Haliburton were in cahoots in Iraq from the inception of current Iraq War.
Blackwater became known when it was used to guard US personnel in Iraq.
Blackwater changed its name to ''Xe Services'' in 2009.
Two years before its guards were involved in a shooting incident in Baghdad that left 17 Iraqi civilians dead.
They had been protecting US diplomats there.

Blackwater miserably failed to cover up the slaughter with massive bribes to Iraqi Officers.
Actions of Blackwater outraged the Iraqi government.  Charges were filed in the US against several guards.
Accusations were later thrown out of court after a judge found prosecutors had mishandled evidence.

In Iraq,  after many billions of dollars of liquid cash have gone missing,  and after false payments were made for non-existent apartment buildings,  and after newly built apartment buildings were condemned as ''unsuitable for human habitation'',  not a single person is held responsible.
Shows the ineptness of the US Government and the efficency of the crooks and cheaters involved ?
A coloured,  respected,  senior,  woman,  us - army officer,  was found to be very diligent and efficient and was brought into the US Army Arms Procurement Section in the Pentagon --  to over view arms purchases.
She was selected for the job long before the invasion of Iraq.  Then she bacame a stumbling block.
During Dick Cheney's rule,  this honest and efficient officer was harassed,  found inefficient through false charges,  demoted,
financially deprived and transferred out of the us-army-arms procurement section.

All because she refused to co-operate in granting permission to purchase arms without calling for ''bids'' from approved suppliers.
Would cases like these go to improve the chances of  ''tying  a knot around the neck'' of Dick Cheney who made billions of dollars for his company Haliburton,  illegally through devious methods.

The former president of the US private security firm, Blackwater and four others have been indicted on federal weapons charges.
The former president,  Gary Jackson, who resigned last year, denies conspiracy to violate firearms laws, making false statements and possession of an unregistered firearm.
Also indicted were the former general counsel and executive vice-president of Blackwater.
In 2008 federal agents raided and seized 22 weapons, including 17 AK-47s.
In addition,  Blackwater's former general counsel Andrew Howell,
former executive vice-president Bill Mathews,
former procurement vice-president Ana Bundy,
and former weapons manager Ronald Slezak are indicted.

They are charged with stockpiling automatic weapons at the company's headquarters in Moyock, North Carolina, and filing false documents to cover up gifts given to the king of Jordan.
Blackwater financed the purchase of 34 automatic weapons for the Camden County sheriff's office but was allowed to keep most of them at its armoury.
Federal law prohibits licensed firearms dealers to have more than two of the same style of weapon - the raid on Blackwater found 17 AK-47s.
Agreements between Blackwater and the sheriff's office said the weapons would be kept under "lock and key".
Sheriff Tony Perry said at the time that his department only used the AK-47s in shooting practice at Blackwater.
Mr Jackson said it had offered it a place to store the weapons as a gesture of "professional courtesy".
The indictment also alleges that Blackwater officials, hoping to win a lucrative overseas contract for building and running a training centre, presented King Abdullah of Jordan with five firearms "to gain favour".
However, they then realised they could not account for where the weapons had gone and falsified four federal documents "to give the appearance that the weapons had been purchased by them as individuals".
Is it true,  white collar crimes in International Corporations are huge and their cover ups are even worse ?
